"Barn Conversion Now Complete!"

Tucked away at the back of the North Hill hotel is a rare example of an original ‘Hall House’ built in the late 15th century. It has been laying idle for many years and left to become virtually derelict.

Over the past few months however, we have renovated the building to make room for more restaurant seating, four new rooms and a brand new function room.

We have been keen to ensure that all the work is carried out with sympathy for the buildings origins.
We invited the local archaeological society in to commission a report before work began in order to get the best insight into its history, a story that we will be happy to share with any interested (and patient!) guest.
